About Tricia Husain
Born and raised in Southern Maryland, I loved to spend my time on St. Mary´s River. Swimming, boating, and crabbing were great fun-filled activities my family enjoyed together. I have many fond memories of those trips to the river. After high school, I went to nursing school and earned my RN.
Currently a registered nurse, I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years. Patience, compassion, and a listening ear are skills I have learned while being a nurse and bring those skills to the real estate business. I still work a few days a month at the VA Hospital in White River Junction and am extremely proud to be of service to our veterans.
I moved to Vermont from Northern Maine a few years ago. While in Fort Kent, my husband and I spent our years raising our two boys, exploring the North Woods, and enduring the long cold winters. We were deeply involved in winter sports such as Biathlon and Nordic Skiing. I served on the World Cup Biathlon committees in 2004 and 2011 which were held in Northern Maine. Still involved in nordic skiing locally, I am an active board member of Woodstock Ski Runners.
I enjoy being active in my community and serving on local boards and committees. At home, I love cooking, baking and taking care of our rather challenging Newfoundland puppy ¨Monty¨.
