White River Junction VT
Historically, White River Junction was an important river town at the confluence of the Connecticut River and the White River. In more recent times, it is the junction of Interstates 89 and 91, making access to and from all parts of New England very convenient. It also has the convenience of Amtrak rail service. Currently, White River Junction is enjoying a revival with wonderful shops and restaurants and the Briggs Opera House provides local and international productions.
