Please explore this searchable database of every property transaction in the state of Vermont since 1987, including:

• Closing date & purchase price
• Assessed value
• Names of buyers and sellers
• Property characteristics such as acreage, square footage, land usage
• Database includes private sales, even inter-family transactions!

The growing database of more than 550,000 properties is updated weekly – please note, however, that the state tends to post the data to this database 3-6 months after the transaction, so it won’t show something that sold more recently than that.
